25,000 square foot, two story flexible office building in the master planned community of Nexton in the Charleston, SC suburb of Summerville. Located in the heart of the Nexton Square town center development, the project provides walkable access to dozens of restaurants and shops. The building will meet the demand for flexible, high quality private office space in one of the fastest growing developments in the country. The building will be operated by Serendipity Labs, a national provider of upscale flexible workspaces.
